At Online For Equine, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item isn't the right fit, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, clean, and resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Locate the returns form included in your original delivery and fill out the details regarding the items you are returning and whether you require an exchange or a refund.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all products are clean, hair-free, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Place the items and your returns form into a secure outer mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our returns department. We recommend keeping your postage receipt until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange item within 5-7 working days.
