Shires Small Ring French Link Eggbutt Bradoon
The Shires Small Ring French Link Eggbutt Bradoon can be used alongside a Weymouth as a double, or alone as a conventional snaffle for horses and ponies with small faces. The French link mouthpiece is kind and mild, dispersing the pressure across the tongue and not interfering with the roof of the mouth. The small Eggbutt rings are fixed which prevents the lips and corners of the mouth from being pinched; these fixed cheeks also stabilise the mouthpiece which can encourage a green or uncertain horse to seek the contact forward.
